When you use the shop we may collect:

• Name, mobile number, and delivery address
• Optional birthday, if you share it at signup
• Orders, bag contents, coupons used, and payment status (not your full card number)
• Messages you send in site chat, WhatsApp, or email
• Device and browse data: pages you open, clicks, rough location from your IP, browser type

We sign you in with a one-time code sent to your phone through Google Firebase. We check that code’s token on our server before we open your Crest & Sages session. We do not store your SMS code.

Payments run through Razorpay. Card, UPI, and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s screens. We keep the payment reference and amount we need for your order — we do not keep your full card number.

You may upload four photos of yourself (front, side, back, and an everyday style shot) so we can show a piece on your body.

• Adults only — we do not take children’s body photos for Fitting Room
• Your photos and the looks made from them sit on your customer file under long, unguessable links. They are not listed anywhere, are not catalogue images, and the shop shows them to no one but you
• We send them to OpenAI only to draw a try-on image; OpenAI does not use them to train its models under our setup
• You can replace a photo at any time and remove a look from your account. A removed look is kept for a short review by our team and then deleted
• To have your photos deleted altogether, write to us at the email or phone above

When Concierge is live, we store fit answers you give after delivery (for example snug, just right, or loose) and may use your Fitting Room photos to suggest sizes and pieces. That profile stays on your Crest & Sages account and is not used on the Plakads Apparel wholesale site.

We sell Kids clothes. A parent or guardian shops on their own account. We do not ask for, and Fitting Room will not accept, body photos of children. Do not upload a child’s photos into Fitting Room.

We use these tools to understand how the shop is used and to measure ads:

• Google Analytics — traffic and page use
• Meta Pixel — ad performance and whether a visit led to a purchase
• PostHog — product analytics and session recordings (how people move through the shop)

These tools may set cookies or similar tags. You can limit cookies in your browser; the shop may then lose some features (for example staying signed in).

We share data only with services that help us run the shop, under contracts that limit how they use it:

• Google Firebase — sign-in codes
• Razorpay — payments
• OpenAI — Fitting Room and Concierge image / suggestion work when those features are on
• WhatsApp / Meta — support messages and ads measurement
• Delivery partners — name, phone, and address to ship your order
• Google Analytics, Meta, and PostHog — as described above

We may also share data if Indian law requires it, or if we sell or reorganise the business (you would be told if that changes who holds your data).

Account and order records are kept while you shop with us and for as long as tax and dispute rules require after that. Analytics keep individual browse data for limited periods set by each tool; Fitting Room photos stay until you ask us to delete them; a look you remove is deleted after a short review.

Under Indian data-protection rules you may ask to see, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or withdraw consent where we relied on it (for example marketing messages). Write to us at the email or phone above. We may need to verify it is you before we act.

Some records we must keep for law or completed orders even if you ask us to delete an account. We will say what we cannot erase and why.

We may update this policy. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use of the shop after a change means you accept the new wording for future visits.
