In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Indie Stylery Private Limited trading as Crest & Sages. “You” means the person shopping on this site.

This shop sells in India only. Prices are in Indian rupees and include tax unless a line on the page says otherwise.

You need a phone number to sign in. We send a one-time code through Google Firebase. Accounts are for people 18 or older. A parent or guardian may shop Kids for a child on their own account.

Do not misuse the site — no scrapers that hammer our servers, no fake orders, no trying to break into other people’s accounts. We may freeze or close an account that breaks these rules.

You pay in full before we confirm the order. We use Razorpay. Cash on delivery is shown as off and cannot complete a purchase.

An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds. Until then, stock can change. One coupon can be used per order. What it takes off, and on which pieces, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Goods bought in a special sale window, or with a special coupon, may follow different exchange or return rules. Those rules are stated at checkout for that offer. If they conflict with these terms, the checkout wording for that order wins.

Shipping is free when the goods in your bag (after discounts) are over ₹3,000. Below that, delivery is ₹100 until we set a live quote for your pin code.

We ship to addresses in India. Delivery times are estimates, not promises. If a piece is out of stock after you pay, we will tell you and refund that line or the whole order.

You have 14 days from delivery to ask for an exchange. The piece must be unused, unwashed, and still wearing its tags.

• Change of mind or wrong size: exchange only. We do not refund money for a change of mind.
• First exchange on an order: we collect the piece at no extra cost to you.
• A second exchange on the same order: you pay the return and the re-ship.
• Exchange is for another size or colour of the same style, or another piece of equal value we agree with you — not a free swap into a dearer style.

Sale and coupon orders may shorten or close the exchange window. Check the checkout note for that order.

If a piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Send a clear photo and your order number through chat, WhatsApp, or call.

Once we agree it is faulty, we collect it and either replace it or refund what you paid for that piece (including the share of delivery that applied to it) to the original payment method. This path is separate from the 14-day exchange for a change of mind.

Fitting Room draws a piece on you from your own photos. Concierge is still being built; when it goes live it helps you pick sizes. Neither is a guarantee that a size will fit, and neither changes these exchange rules. A Fitting Room look is drawn by AI, not photographed — the colour and the drape are close, not exact.

Fitting Room photos are for adults only and must be photos of you. Do not upload anyone else’s photos, a child’s, or anything indecent; we may switch Fitting Room off on an account that does. The Kids door does not offer it. How we handle those photos is in the Privacy Policy.

Keep your phone number and address up to date. You are responsible for orders placed while signed in on your account.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the version that applies. For an order already paid, the terms that were live when you paid still apply to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, subject to any rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be waived.
